Be the first thing they find
when they search for what you sell.

Technical foundations, keyword research in the language your customers actually use, and content that earns the ranking instead of buying it.

The goal

Visibility that turns into visits, and visits that turn into enquiries

Ranking is not the objective. The objective is the enquiry at the end of the chain: search, click, read, trust, contact. SEO work that ignores the last three steps produces traffic reports and nothing else.

So we work the whole chain — the technical base that lets you compete, the keywords that describe real demand, and the pages that convince someone to pick up the phone.

Scope

What an SEO engagement covers

Keyword research

The words your customers use, by language and by neighborhood — including the ones with less volume and far more intent.

Site architecture

A structure search engines can crawl and visitors can navigate, with internal links that pass authority where it matters.

On-page optimization

Titles, descriptions, headings, content depth and images — page by page, with a reason for each change.

Technical SEO

Indexing, speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicals, hreflang and everything else that quietly caps performance.

Content strategy

Pages that answer the questions buyers ask before they choose, published on a schedule you can sustain.

Local SEO

Area pages, consistent business data and the map signals covered on our Google Maps page.

Digital PR & citations

Getting mentioned and linked by sources that are relevant to your industry and your city.

Competitor analysis

What the sites above you have that you do not, translated into a work list.

Reporting

Monthly review against Search Console, with commentary on what changed and what is next.

Technical SEO

The part nobody sees, that decides everything

A site can have excellent content and still be invisible: duplicate addresses splitting its authority, pages blocked from indexing, a slow first load on mobile, or a language setup that tells Google the wrong thing.

We fix the foundation first, because content published on a broken foundation is wasted work.

  • One canonical URL per page, with duplicates redirected
  • Indexing, crawl budget and sitemap accuracy
  • Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS and INP on real mobile connections
  • Structured data that matches what is visible on the page
  • Correct hreflang and language declarations on multilingual sites

How it runs

Fix

Foundation issues first — indexing, speed, structure, duplicates.

Build

Pages and content for the demand we found, in each language.

Earn

Mentions, citations and links from relevant local sources.

Review

Monthly reporting, then the next quarter’s priorities.

FAQ

SEO questions

Why is my site not showing up on Google?

Usually one of four reasons: the pages are not indexed, the site is too new or too thin to compete, the content does not match what people search, or duplicate addresses are splitting its authority. An audit tells you which — and they are fixable in that order.

Can you guarantee first place?

No, and neither can anyone else. Rankings depend on competitors and on an algorithm nobody outside Google controls. What we can commit to is the work, the reporting and a clear view of whether it is producing enquiries.

SEO or Google Ads?

Ads buy visibility immediately and stop the day you stop paying. SEO takes months and keeps working. Most local businesses run ads while SEO matures, then rebalance once organic rankings hold.

Do I need SEO in all three languages?

Only if you want customers in all three. Each language is researched separately, because a direct translation of an English keyword is often not what a Chinese or Spanish speaker actually types.
