Work we perform for clients is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Ownership of work produced for a client is defined in that client’s agreement.

Search rankings, AI answer inclusion, map positions and advertising performance depend on systems operated by third parties and on the actions of competitors. We commit to the work and to honest reporting. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic volume, lead count or revenue figure, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.
